A business registration certificate, trade licence or similar document helps us confirm that your business is registered, so we can review your application sooner. It is optional, and we can ask for it later. We do not need any customer or passport information, so please leave those out.

    These terms explain how we handle applications to our travel trade partner programme. Applying does not create a partnership or any commercial agreement.

    • We review every application manually.
    • We may verify the business details you give us, for example by checking your website or public company records, or by contacting you.
    • By applying, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business.
    • Any partnership, rates, commission or referral arrangement is agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this website or in this application is an offer of terms.
    • We may decline an application without giving reasons.
    • We handle the information in your application, including any documents, in line with our Privacy Policy.
